Refund policy

Important Notes

  • All items purchased with a discount code must have a value of over $100 USD.

  • Please note that all orders are eligible for store credit only; refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

  • If a discount code was used at checkout, your refund will be issued as store credit only.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY -

    Once an order has been placed and production has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

    If you choose not to accept delivery of your suit, a refund can be only issued in the form of store credit only, in accordance with our policy.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • The return label is valid for 10 days from the date it’s issued. If the package isn’t shipped within this period, the return ticket will be canceled.

  • Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.

  • If we do not receive tracking information within the required timeframe, the return will be canceled and no longer accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

All items marked with a sale or discount tag will be refunded as store credit for the full amount.

We accept returns and exchanges for discounted products valued over $150 USD.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
We offer free returns for items over $200 USD, but only one free return per order.
If you need to exchange again, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs yourself.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Your item must still be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit only and processed within 10 business days
