This was my first time ordering from Samir Bachkami, and it definitely will not be the last. I placed an order for the brown velvet bow tie for my upcoming wedding. When I first placed my order, I received the bow tie in the wrong color.
Once I reached out to customer service, in regard to the discrepancy, the correct order (color) was immediately sent out and received with little delay. Also, due to this slight discrepancy, Samir Bachkami allowed me to keep the incorrect color as a gift/courtesy.
This was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be recommending the company to family and friends, as well as doing business with the company in the future.
