Return & Cancellation Policy

Important Information

  • Discounted items are eligible for return or exchange only if the purchase value exceeds $150 USD.
  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled.

If you choose not to accept delivery of your order, any approved refund will be issued as store credit only, in accordance with our policy.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Please note that all refunds are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

  • Return labels are valid for 10 days from the date they are issued.
  • If the package is not shipped within this period, the return request will be canceled.
  • Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.
  • Returns without valid tracking information within the required timeframe will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items where stated at the time of purchase

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only if approved for return.

We accept returns and exchanges for discounted products with a purchase value of $150 USD or more.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

We offer one complimentary return label per order for eligible returns on orders over $200 USD.

Any additional exchanges or return shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.


European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your store credit will be issued within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact marketing@bachkami.com.
